Call 111 - When it is less urgent than 999
Useful Resources

Out of Hours

Whatever time of day, if a condition is life-threatening please dial 999.

In other situations, when the surgery is closed, for minor health problems and advice, patients are advised to contact NHS Services on 111. (This is a free call even from mobiles as long as you have 1p credit.)

The East Surrey CCG is responsible for Commissioning the out-of-hours medical service. The service is provided by IC24. They can be contacted on 111 (free call). Alternatively, on telephoning 01737 762902 out of hours, you will hear a message asking you to redial 111.

The 111 service provides telephone advice and, if necessary, a doctor or nurse consultation, for urgent problems which will not wait until the surgery is next open.
