Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:
a high temperature (of 37.8 degrees centigrade or higher)
a new, continuous cough
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home.

Our practice is collaborating with NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) who is providing NHS numbers for those patients that maybe suitable for electronic repeat dispensing prescriptions. The information is obtained from NHS prescriptions submitted to the NHSBSA. A member of our clinical team will contact these patients soon to explain the benefits of this service.
See a GP by video with LIVI.
This practice now offers a video GP service – LIVI – to all our patients.
To access the service, simply download LIVI from the App store (iphone) or Google Play (Android), and sign up. You can get medical advice, prescriptions and referrals by video, with appointments available on the same day, even at weekends.

We offer online booking of appointments and online requesting of repeat prescriptions for patients over 16 years of age. To make use of these services you first need to register with us at the practice for Patient Access.
You will need to bring in your photographic ID (passport or driving licence photocard) and you will be given a registration letter. You wil then be able to create an account on the Patient Access website, using the information in the registration letter.
Using the online appointments and repeat prescriptions service should be fairly intuitive but if you get stuck, the online help is clear.

0830 - 1830 hours - Tuesday to Friday
We also offer pre-booked GP appointments on Saturday between 0900 and 1100.
Weekday surgeries are by appointment only, although urgent cases will be seen the same day, usually by your own doctor. If your own doctor is absent, you will be seen by whichever doctor is available. Please telephone 01737 772622 for an appointment between 0830 and 1830 hours. If you cannot keep an appointment please inform the receptionists as soon as possible.
Out Of Hours
Whatever time of day, if a condition is life-threatening please dial 999.
In other situations, when the surgery is closed, for minor health problems and advice, patients are advised to contact NHS Services on 111. (This is a free call even from mobiles as long as you have 1p credit.)
The CCG is responsible for Commissioning the out-of-hours medical service.They can be contacted on 111 (free call). Alternatively, on telephoning 01737 762902 out of hours, you will hear a message asking you to redial 111.
The 111 service provides telephone advice and, if necessary, a doctor or nurse consultation, for urgent problems which will not wait until the surgery is next open.
The local hospital is East Surrey Hospital, Redhill. This is a District General Hospital with full Accident and Emergency facilities. Please attend East Surrey Hospital if you experience an Accident (particularly if you may have broken a bone) or other medical emergency.
